I’m lazy. I wash my face with water in the shower then put moisturiser with spf on (15 in winter, 30 in summer). I do that when I get up (morning or evening depending on shift).
Don’t do anything at night. Barely wear make up but when I do, I do take it all off.

My mother was a cleaner all her adult life, mainly in offices, but also in “posh people’s houses”.
She was bloody good at it too, most of our Xmas presents came out of her “Xmas box” tips.
She was horrified when, as a “DINKY” couple, we got a cleaner in.

TBH having discovered the joys of paying for parking via smartphone machines, tickets and entry/exit barriers seem like a faff 😉

Basically pack what you think you might need but be aware you may not want or need it!
Nipple cream if you don’t need it can be used for other things. And don’t let your oh buy pads, I got some massive tena pads that were too huge to be comfortable. Although padding is multifunctional for a few days after.
